Om symbolIYENGAR YOGA

BKS Iyengar has studied and practiced yoga for over 70 years. He has devoted a lifetime to systemizing the many ancient yoga poses, devising a unique method relevant and accessible to all. Today Iyengar Yoga, a name given to this system by Iyengar’s senior teachers, not by himself, has become one of the most practiced and respected yoga methods worldwide.
